The Terralta Apartments complex is housed in a utilitarian, 3-storey, rectangular block, which dates from 2002. The interior is modern and somewhat anonymous, with a nondescript lobby and a large, soulless lounge and entertainment bar. The guestrooms, however, are attractively decorated in a contemporary, understated style. They are clean and well maintained, as are the tiled en suite bathrooms. The impressive, lagoon-style pool is surrounded by accommodation blocks. There is also a curved glass building housing a rectangular indoor pool and a pleasant indoor garden under atrium adjacent to arcade-style games room.
