The Luxmar Apartments are housed in a beige, 17-storey block with tall arched entrance porch. The interior is spacious and conventional, with a compact, stone-floored lobby and a spacious, appealing wood-ceilinged cafe/bar. There’s also a TV lounge in a small alcove. The 63 apartments are pleasantly decorated in light tones and well maintained, as are the tiled en suite bathrooms. The small square swimming pool is set beside a terracotta-tiled terrace with some plastic sun beds. A separate stone terrace by the bar has plastic furniture.
