The apartments are situated in the Rincon de Loix area, about 600 metres from Levante beach. Shops, bars and restaurants are close by.

The Vacanza Apartments are housed in a recently constructed complex, consisting of four buildings, some of which are up a very steep hill. Close to the beach and within walking distance to the resort centre, the Vacanza offers studios, and one or two bedroom apartments. These are light and airy and all feature balconies, kitchenettes, washing machines and microwaves to help make your stay here as comfortable as possible. The property has a large tropical style swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and sun loungers for guests’ use. Tennis courts are available for more active guests. There is a frequent bus service, just 50 metres away, which runs to the Old Town if you prefer not to walk. These are good quality apartments and fairly new, however, it is worth noting that each block is different and the steep climb to certain ones may pose a problem for some.
