The hotel is located 200 metres from the beach, in the centre of the Levante promenade. The resort centre, with shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife, is located just 100 metres from the hotel.

The suites version of Les Dunes Comodoro Hotel, its sister property, Les Dune Suites is likewise housed in an imposing, 24-storey modern tower, standing right on the Levante Beach promenade. The lobby/lounge is spacious and pleasantly appointed, with stone-clad columns. The 88 suites are all sea facing. Each of them has a living room, dinning room, kitchen, double-bedroom and complete bathroom. Some of them also have communicating doors, for larger families. The hotel’s indoor heated swimming pool is 19 metres long and 9 metres wide. It is surrounded by a terrace solarium with sunbeds, parasols and everything you need to enjoy the sun in all the seasons of the year. An appealing split-level cafe/restaurant, with a Continental buffet, extends to canopied seafront terrace.
