The Evamar Apartments is housed in an unelaborate 24-storey brick tower block with balconies. There's an basic lobby with colourful murals and a modest seating area, which leads onto an attractive L-shaped bar/snack bar with picture windows on three sides. Accommodating 2 to 4 adults, each of the 124 apartments has a twin bedroom with a sofa-bed in the lounge area. All also feature an American style kitchen, with two electric rings, a fridge, a mini-oven and a toaster. The large terracotta-tiled sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers boasts a figure-eight shape pool with a section for children, complete with a playground in a garden setting. There's also an all year round, covered, heated pool.
